The silence is over and the long awaited sophomore record from Mat Kearney is finally coming. After releasing Bullet on Inpop Records in 2004 and then re-releasing it with alternate tracks on Columbia in 2006 as Nothing Left To Lose, Kearney's May 19th release of City Of Black & White will be his first all-new studio release in over four years.
